HUDSON, MA – August 10, 2022 – SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston announced the completion of three new leases at 577 Main Street in Hudson, Massachusetts totaling over 18,000 square feet. The building is a 167,000 square foot flex building conveniently located just off Route 62 in Hudson’s lower Main Street Industrial Zone adjacent to Kane Industrial Park and Brent Drive Industrial Park.
Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Alex Wood, of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston was hired to lease up the remaining vacancies. “We have completed over 18,000 square feet of leases recently and brought the building up to 96% occupancy”, commented Wood.
The three new leases consist of the following tenants: Allurion Technologies, Champion Athletix, and Medical Innovations.
Allurion Technologies, a medical technology company, secured a 9,800 square foot lease in March of 2022. Senior Advisor, Marci Alvarado, also of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the Tenant, Allurion Technologies.
Medical Innovations, a medical products company, leased 3,250 square feet of space in June of 2022. Wood also represented the Tenant in the transaction.
Champion Athletix, a cheerleading facility, renewed their 5,200 square foot lease in July of 2022. Wood also represented the Tenant in the transaction.
There is just 5,200 square feet of flex space left for lease to bring the building to full occupancy.
