Alex joined the team in September of 2010. Alex has primarily focused his brokerage base in the North Shore/ northern I-495 territory on sales and lease transactions. Most notable transactions include:
-Sale of 555 Chickering Rd. in North Andover, MA, a 5,000 square foot retail building
-Leasing of 43,506 SF at 175 & 179 Ward Hill Ave., Haverhill MA
-Leasing of approx. 6,000 SF in Burlington, MA (represented CSS America in their relocation)
Garrett has been with Parsons since June of 2012, and has primarily focused his brokerage base in the Metrowest territory on sales and lease transactions. Most notable transactions include:
-Sale of 300 Eliot St. in Ashland, MA for $3,150,000
-Sale of 60 Pleasant St. in Ashland, MA for $1,900,000
-Leasing of 32,400 SF at 417 South St. in Marlborough, MA
