Jason joins the team with an in-depth knowledge of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and Environmental Protection Agency regulations which can be leveraged in navigating the complexities as they relate to the transfer and management of real estate.
Jason brings over a decade of expertise in the environmental consulting field, having focused on Massachusetts-based environmental due diligence for lending institutions with direct involvement in hundreds of commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Jason provided direct consulting and management services for members of the industrial, petroleum, legal and real estate communities.
