The ownership acquired the unoccupied 160,000 square foot office and R&D property in late November of 2016.  The building, which formerly served as EMC’s headquarters in the late 90’s into the early 2000’s, has sat empty for over 10 years.  Located in the Elmwood Business Park off directly off I-495 and just one exit south of the MassPike, the asset poses an opportunity to create value by purchasing the building at a low basis and quickly executing a cost-effective modernization plan with the goal of providing tenants a lower priced alternative in the market.
