In 1998, we acquired 78 Turnpike Road, a 19,232 square foot warehouse building with good frontage on Route 9 in Westborough, right off the I-495 interchange. The property was underutilized at the time. We transformed the use to include retail and showroom space and reconfigured the interior layout for multi-tenant use.  We then aggressively marketed the asset to retail-type users and have now filled the building up to 100% occupancy.
