In December 1997, we acquired 80 Turnpike Road, a 28,000 square foot, flex, retail/office building with visibility from Route 9 in Westborough, allowing for multiple uses for the building.  We were in the process of purchasing the adjacent property, creating a potential 4 acre development site.  This building provided a flexible layout for multi-tenant use, and we rebranded and developed an aggressive marketing campaign to bring new activity to the building.
