Currently located in Holliston, Martel HVAC will be moving their corporate headquarters to 54-58 Union Street in Ashland. 54-58 Union Street was formerly owned and occupied by Eurobrew Inc, a specialty beer importer that occupied the space since 2006. The property consists of office space and basement storage with a large parking lot. “We are happy to pass the building along to another local business,” said former owner Dominique Levesque. “We are confident that the building will serve Martel HVAC well”.
