Austin TX — March 23rd, 2023 — At the beginning of the month, SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston traveled to Austin, Texas for the annual SVN Conference and returned with several top producing awards. 2022 was one of our strongest years as a team and in the market.
Hundreds of SVN Advisors and Staff attended the 3-day conference on March 1st-4th. Keynote speakers Matthew Luhn, an American writer/animator at Pixar and The Simpsons, Molly Bloom, a top inspirational speaker, entrepreneur and author, and Dr. Sam Chandan spoke at the conference. The Parson’s team enjoyed learning from the top CRE tech industry leaders, succeeding with shared value, market updates and the opportunity to network with fellow SVN Advisors.
Top producing Advisors are ranked in three different categories based on their gross commission income (GCI). The categories are: Partner’s Circle, President’s Circle and Achiever Award.
Senior Advisors, Marilyn Santiago, Marci Alvarado, Alex Berger and Assistant Managing Director of Brokerage, Matthew Quinlan were recognized by SVN International Corp. at the conference for qualifying for the President’s Circle Award. To qualify for this award, you had to earn $475,000-$874,999 in GCI in the previous year.
