SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | BOSTON announced today, the completion of a 9,000 RSF lease for Strong Fundamentals Corporation (dba The Goddard School) at 26 Chestnut Street in Watertown, MA.

This will be the first location for The Goddard School in Watertown, Massachusetts. The Owners of the school, Sunny and Simmi Verma, said that “with the recent developments of residential and commercial property in Watertown, we are confident The Goddard School will make a valuable addition to the expansion of the community. With the amount of growing families in the area, the need for high-quality early education is vital, and we look forward to bringing our unique educational approach to this booming community.”
