Milford, Massachusetts – March 29, 2021 – SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston announced the completion of an 8,700-SF lease at 350 East Main Street in Milford, Massachusetts. The 35,000 SF center will be welcoming its newest tenant Sol de Mexico Restaurant Bar and Grill.

The new Milford location will be the restaurants third location with two others in Natick, MA and Bellingham, MA.
The restaurant will be a great addition to the plaza with complementary tenants in the center include, Goldfish Swim School, The Learning Experience, Dunkin Donuts and Cushing and Rabinovitz P.C. commented, Santiago.
350 East Main Street in Milford is located at a lighted intersection of Route 16 and Fortune Boulevard. The exposure for tenants is great. A few years ago, commercial real estate advisor Marilyn Santiago completed the Goldfish Swim School transaction which brought great exposure to the center. “We have one more opportunity for a built to suit of up to 5,000 SF,” commented Santiago. “I am hoping to get another complementary use that will add value to each of the tenants already in place.”
