WESTBOROUGH, MA — AUGUST 01, 2022 — SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of 6 Bellows Road in Westborough for Boroughs Islamic Society totaling over $1.7 million.
Senior Advisor, Marci Alvarado of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the Buyer, Boroughs Islamic Society in the transaction. Jim Conviser of Conviser Property Group represented the Seller, Realty Income Corporation.
The property is a 5,700 square foot single story building on approximately 1.57 acres of land. Most recently, it was occupied by Cadence Academy Preschool and they closed this location at the end of June. The new owner, Boroughs Islamic Society, plans to renovate the property for their own use in the coming months.
